Sessions

Sessons are conveniently done over Zoom usually taking about 55 minutes with a few minutes at the end for questions and comments. For sessions involving infants and children under 12, they do not need to be present during the session but a parent or guardian does. 

While you absolutely can request which modality you want to work with, most of my clients prefer to use whichever modality the subconscious wants to work with. You can learn more HERE.

Physical, mental, and emotional trauma can negatively impact mother and/or  baby years down the road. Identifying, releasing, and processing trauma can allow mother and baby to move on free of physical and emotional distress.

Personal Development

Sometimes you don't have to change a thing. Sometimes all you need to change is a thought pattern. Identifying core negative beliefs and revamping your current subconsious belief system can help you move forward in becoming the person you want to be.

Relationships

Whether it's with our spouses, children, or other close family members, we all want to be in healthier relationships. Trapped emotions and negative thinking can keep us from feeling and giving love in our relationships. Removing those energies can help us love those close to us. Learning to see our loved ones in a different light will allow us to shift our focus of them and the relationship into something more positive.
